What's better than Teen Beach 2 premiering this Friday (6/26) at 8:00 p.m.? How about TB2 plus a whole new Disney Channel show that promises to be just as amazing debuting right after? That's right, as soon as the credits roll on TB2, a new series is starting: Best Friends Whenever, the story of two BFFs who, through a science experiment gone wrong, get the power to travel through time.

BFFs Cyd and Shelby, played by Landry Bender and Lauren Taylor, gain a pretty special ability when neighbor (and scientist extraordinaire) Barry (Gus Kamp) and his goofy assistant Naldo (Ricky Garcia) accidentally mess up a laser experiment they were working on. Now, the girls can move backward and forward through time (though controling their new power is a little tricky), and put their skills to use to glimpse the future or fix embarrassing moments in the past—especially when they involve Shelby's little brothers Bret (Benjamin Royer) and Chet (Matthew Royer).
