Riker's ready for Dancing with the Stars tonight. Are you?

 
Riker Lynch and his Dancing with the Stars partner Allison Holker have been practicing hard ever since the DWTS teams were announced. They've taken their steps all over the city, even hitting up the beach to try out some of Riker's moves instead of Allison's, building their team trust as they hit the water together.

Now, with the first episode of the new season airing later tonight, Riker's really gearing up to go. During an interview with Radio Disney this morning, Riker admitted that the competition seems pretty stiff.

"I'm a little bit nervous to be competing against my cousin," Riker shared about Derek Hough, his cousin and a professional dancer on the show. "Other than that I'm feeling pretty good." The rest of the R5 family are feeling good, too, although Riker's sister (and April/May cover girl) Rydel Lynch has been pushing for him to get at least one 10 during his first dance.

"He's doing amazing," Allison commented on their practices. "He's a great student. He has a great work ethic... and naturally understands choreography. He's doing a really good job."

The two seem like an awesome pair, and we can't wait to see Riker take the stage with the jive to The Romantics tonight (3/16) at 8:00 p.m. EST on ABC. Check out Allison and Riker getting their practice on below.
