There’s a Mahone on the mend

We got worried last week when VMA award winner and rising pop star Austin Mahone checked into the hospital and announced he had to postpone his MTV Artist to Watch Presents tour. Austin’s mom tweeted from his account “We feel very bad but we have no choice but to POSTPONE the tour for now. Thank you for your prayers #PrayforAustin." Fortunately, the cutie was released from the hospital this week, but still can’t sing after suffering a blood clot in his (ouch) throat. Let’s keep sending good vibes his way, Mahomies.

‘Nariana’ double the cuteness

It’s super common for bands to bring up some lucky fans during a hit song, but it was a surprise to see who The Wanted’s Nathan Sykes chose as his “Heart Vacancy” girl during a recent LA show. Nathan had security carry girlfriend Ariana Grande on stage so he could serenade to her. And after multiple attempts of running away, Ari stayed. Could they be any cuter? We don’t think so.

Zac and Lily…back on?

In other couple news, it looks like Zac Efron and Lily Collins are rekindling their romance. The two were snapped this week at the “Happiest Place On Earth” (Disneyland, natch) holding hands. Two weeks earlier, they were spotted leaving a movie theater together. If the two are in fact back on, we’d totally approve. They def make a cute pairing.

“Story of My Life” is such a teaser 

Even though we have loved seeing pics of the 1D boys in Australia on their Take Me Home Tour, we couldn’t help but jump with excitement when 1DHQ released a 16-second clip of their upcoming single “Story of My Life” this week. Thankfully, the boys’ new single is set to release today (Oct. 25) and we can’t wait to hear it in its entirety. 

Katy Perry inspires kids

A video of patients at the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock in New Hampshire lip-syncing to Katy Perry’s hit “Roar” went viral this week, making us all go “awww.” The vid was shot in one day and features a slew of patients, doctors and families. All funds made through the sharing of the vid goes to help the CHaD Hero Half Marathon and has already made $650,000. CLICK HERE for more info on how you can help.
