Woohoo! We’re wishing August/September GL cover girl Selena Gomez a very happy 19^th birthday today. What with the end of Wizards of Waverly Place, her new movie Monte Carlo and her latest CD and tour, we know Sel’s super busy. But we’re thinking she’ll find a way to take a break and celebrate.

While the birthday girl insists she doesn’t have anything planned—and she’s asked buds to donate to charity in lieu of gifts—we’re hoping this fashionista will celebrate in style. And, okay, we can’t wait to see what the Biebs will do to wish his sweetie a very happy day.
