Josh and Jennifer to play The Hunger Games?
For weeks, rumors have been flying that Hailee Steinfeld, Abigail Breslin and Emily Browning were also on the shortlist, but Jennifer seems to have come out on top, Deadline.com reports.
And as for Katniss’ teammate, the broke baker’s son named Peeta? You might recognize cutie Josh Hutcherson from last year’s The Kids Are All Right as well as Bridge to Terabithia and Zathura. Now, he’s got his eye on The Hunger Games.
Josh told Entertainment Weekly that “The character is so much who I am—self deprecating, a people person. And he’d be such a great character to play! Like in the third book? Oh my God.”
