In other Biebs news, the 16-year-old is doing what many celebs before him have
already done—he starting a fragrance line. The catch? It won’t be your typical
bottled goodness, but wristbands and dog tags infused with a unisex fragrance
called “My World” instead, set to launch in Wal-Mart stores this Black Friday.
