It's Wicked week, bb! The highly anticipated film is coming to theaters tomorrow(!) and we all can agree that it feels like we've  been waiting a century to see Elphaba (played by Cynthia Erivo) and Glinda (played by Ariana Grande) take to the big screen.

Wicked hasn't even hit the box office yet, and thanks to sneak peeks from press tours, interviews and socials, we're already obsessed with the moments from the film we were able to catch online. Whether you're a longtime Wicked stan, or are about to see the story play out for the first time, there's so many songs, spells, special effects and, ofc, style icons to look out for come Friday. 

Glinda's magnificent bubble entrance

Floating into the room on your own pink bubble is one iconic way to make an entrance—and we can't wait to see Ariana do just that!

The movie's trailer features Glinda gliding into frame in her trademark pink bubble, perfectly matching her pink wardrobe throughout the film. Kind of the best way to introduce the flick's most ~bubbly~ character, if you ask us. Cue the applause for everyone's fave good witch!

"Popular, "Defying Gravity" and the rest of the amaze soundtrack

If you've been on WickTok (that's Wicked TikTok) the past couple weeks, you've likely heard a snippet of Ariana Grande singing Glinda's famed song, "Popular". Let us be the first to say it: The vocals are vocal-ing. Ari sounds almost identical to Kristen Chenoweth, the OG Glinda—which fans of the original musical soundtrack will adore. Hearing Ariana stray away from her pop genre and channel her Broadway background into show tunes is something we're def anxiously waiting to hear. 

And we can't talk about theWicked music without mentioning Elphaba's legendary solo in, "Defying Gravity". Apologies in advance to anyone who has to hear us belting that final riff for weeks to come—but that's the consequence of a certified no-skip soundtrack.

The glamourous Shiz University

Okay, who wouldn't be tempted to skip their math class to explore the extravagant school attended by Glinda and Elphie? We can't wait to see more of the beautiful sets from the film, and Shiz University is simply no exception.

Glinda and Elphaba's friendship

We're not the first to say it and we won't be the last: Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo are serious BFF goals.

Throughout the duration of the Wicked press tour and premieres, the duo has been pretty much inseparable (aww!). Since they're always sharing plenty of tear-jerker moments while speaking about how closely they bonded throughout the three-year filming process, the Internet has even dubbed them "soulmates". Ngl, we see it.  

If their friendship is half as cute on screen as it is IRL, we're in for one wholesome film filled with plenty of heart-warming (and maybe some heart-breaking) bestie moments.

Lest we forget: Wicked is a film about witches! Even just watching (and let's be real, rewatching) the trailer, we caught a glimpse of the flick's special effects, and they are nothing short of spectacular. Bring on the spells, magical transformations and, maybe most importantly, flying on broomsticks!

The pink and green wardrobe of our dreams

Dear Tony-award-winning costume designer, Paul Tazewell, you get us. We have Tazewell to thank for all the fab fashions we'll admire onscreen, as he's costume designer for Wicked (having previously created threads for Hamilton, West Side Story and a handful of other Broadway productions). Tazewell's work never disappoints, and from the looks of it, we are in for some gorgeously glam ensembles that any good witch (or bad!) would love to have in her own closet.

While we may not be able to steal the designs straight from set, may we recommend shopping some Wicked-inspired pieces—and rocking them at the theater come Friday? Peep our fitspo below!
