According to a recent poll of 273 GL girls, your makeup routine is a simple one: You swipe on a few coats of mascara and then you're out the door. The new Liptensity lipstick collection from M.A.C Cosmetics could very well cause you to change things up and add a pop of color to your regime.

The new collection is getting a lot of hype, and for good reason. Each color was created by a tetrachromat, someone who can see more than 100 million more hues than the average eye (which can see just a small fraction of that amount). The amazing tetrachromat in particular was Maureen Seaberg—she helped the M.A.C team perfect their chosen colors, each of which is completely new to the M.A.C family.

Medium Rare, a creamy, soft pink

Fireworks, a vivid, bright red

Blue Beat, a deep, dark blue

Cordavan, a deep, rose red

Galaxy Grey, a light, bluish grey
