Because your brows frame your glasses, it is very important that they be well groomed. Use a darker brow shade so that they balance out your glasses (which typically come in darker colors). Liquid foundations tend to have more slip, which means that your glasses might slide around on your face throughout the school day. Try dusting a mineral or powder foundation all over your face, using your fingertips to lightly press the product into your skin.

Balance out the cool tones of your glasses with a warm-toned eyeshadow (or vice versa if you have warm-toned glasses like brown frames). This combo should really make your eyes pop! Instead of reaching for a lengthening mascara, pick up a volumizing mascara. Each lash should be full and fluttery so that your eyes can peep out behind those frames!
