Weekend 'do: Dianna Agron's halo braid from the SAG awards
1. Pull your hair back, and tie it off, leaving the front face-framing sections loose. You can braid
the strands from right to left or left to right, whichever side proves to be
more easily done. Divide the loose hair into two sections.
2. Take a thin strand of hair from the outside of the front section, just above the ear.
Pull this strand over the first section, and add it under the second section on
the other side. Over and under, kind of like tying your shoelaces, working around your face so that the braid forms a halo.
3. The skinnier the strand you use, the more intricate the braid. For this style, Agron wears it a tad bit more loosely, so feel free to avoid using a super skinny portion that may be difficult for a beginner to work with.
4. Keep repeating the steps until you reach your other ear. Tie off the braid with a clear elastic and pin the tail down.
