Would you match your nails to your outfit like Katy Perry?

One of our fave pop princesses hit the black carpet at the VMAs with a positively sparkling outfit. Her sequined dress was decked with rockin’ records and tonsa rhinestone. But look a li’l closer and you’ll notice her mani full-on mirrors her frock. She got a cool, customized Minx application before the show, complete with her name written on her nails.
