What's with the lumps on my nipples?

On one of my breasts, there is a bunch of lumps surrounding my nipple. What should I do?

The easy answer to this Q is nothing, babe! These lumps are totally normal and they actually have a name: Montgomery glands. They sit on the areola around your nipple. While scientists aren’t quite sure of their purpose, it’s thought that they secrete oils that lubricate the sensitive nipple and surrounding area.

Most girls and women possess these glands, but that’s not to say every gland looks the same. Some are barely noticeable, while others are quite prominent. Regardless of what yours look like, don’t fret! These are 100-percent typical.
