    Sweatband

Whether it’s to collect sweat on your wrists, keep your bangs pushed back while you’re running, or even as a makeshift scrunchie when you don’t have any hair ties, sweatbands have a ton of uses. So why not make your own?

    What you’ll need:

    • Stretchy terry cloth fabric
    • Thread
    • Sewing machine

Exercising in a tee with sleeves or one that is too tight can make lifting weights really comfortable. So, instead of buying new clothes just recycle old ones. All you need is a shirt and some scissors to make your new fave workout tee.

    What you’ll need:

    • 1 old T-shirt
    • 1 pair of scissors
