Eat Right

It All Adds Up!

During resolution season, it's easy to think about what you're not gonna eat (like, "I won't chow candy every day" or "I won't eat Oreos every time I study"). This week, work on adding healthy foods to your diet, instead:

Yummy fish (like salmon), greens (think: spinach, Swiss chard, kale and lettuce) and good-for-you dairy (yogurt, milk, cottage cheese) are all fab for chicas.

Other yummy picks? Grapefruit, broth-based soups and whole grains, like barley.
