Easy Eat Right Resolution

Here’s an easy resolution you can start before the ball drops on New Year’s Eve:

Try to eat one new fruit or veggie a week. Cookbook author and whole food expert Terry Walters says your goal should be to eat all the colors of the rainbow (and we don’t mean Starbursts). Eating a wide range of healthy foods means your bod will get all the nutrients it needs.

Once a week too much? Make a pledge to try one new food a month. At the end of the year, you’re bound to find some new, nutritious goodies ya heart.
