Do you drink soda daily?
According to CNN.com a recent study found fifty percent of folks in the
U.S. guzzle sugary beverages on the daily. The American Heart
Association, however, suggests we drink fewer than three sodas per week.
All the sugar and extra calories can have serious health consequences,
like an increased likelihood of Type 2 diabetes--eep! So, girls, what
about you? Do you sip the bubbly stuff every day? Are you trying to
