5 smoothie recipes if you're always in a morning rush

If you always seem to be rushing out the door before school, then you def have to try adding a smoothie to your morning routine. They're quick and easy, and if you're really short on time, you can even prep your ingredients the night before. Pair your smoothie alongside something quick like a bar or a muffin, or enjoy it on its own for a great start to your day.

1. Very Berry

What you need:
3/4 cup
 juice or milk of your choice (apple juice, orange juice, almond milk, coconut milk, etc.)
3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1/3 cup yogurt
1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup 

2. Get your greens in!

1 cup spinach

1/4 cup avocado (optional)

5. Classic Strawnana
