Protein-packed blueberry vanilla smoothie
Ingredients:
1 container vanilla yogurt (opt for Greek for more protein)
2 handfuls fresh or frozen blueberries
1 small banana
1 handful ice cubes
Honey or sugar to sweeten, if necessary
Directions:
Put all ingredients (except for sweetener) into a blender in order. This will help it blend up smoothly, if your blender’s motor isn’t super strong. Taste and sweeten if necessary, then pour into a cup or to-go container and sip away. Yum!
