Soccer Smoothie
A great sports drink, this smoothie has soy protein that will stick with you throughout the entire game.
“Silken” tofu is a non-refrigerated smooth tofu that can be found on the supermarket shelves or at your health food store. The brand we use is “Mori-Nu”.
What You Need: (Serves 1-2)
6 ounces (1/2 package) soft silken-style tofu
1/4-1/2 banana
3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 teaspoon honey or sugar
What You'll Do:
Using scissors, cut open the tofu package over a bowl. Put all the ingredients in a blender. If you don’t like bananas, only put in a small piece. Hold down the blender top with one hand, then blend until smooth.
