Yummy drinks for when you're sick of water

Can’t possibly chug another glass of water? We’ve got a few springtime sips to shake up your post-game hydration.

Strawberry Lemonade
What’s better when the weather’s warm than a tall, cool glass of lemonade?
How-to: Start off with the fixings for classic lemonade, including 1 cup of fresh lemon juice, 2 cups of water, and about 1/2 cup of sugar. Kick up the flavor and try something new by adding about a pint of freshly blended strawberries. Add a little extra spunk by finishing it off with 1 cup of sparkling water and lotsa ice. Stir until the sugar dissolves and put it in the fridge for a few hours.

Coco Madness
The perfect drink to relax on the beach with over spring break.

How-to: Toss a 1/2 cup of coconut water and a 1/2 cup of orange juice in a glass. Stir it up and garnish with a slice of orange a bit of ginger (if you want).

Cherry Smoothie
Not only are cherries super good for you, they’re delish (and just a bit tart)
How-to: Make a classic smoothie with ice, plain yogurt, cut up bananas, and throw in a cup of frozen cherries and half a cup of water (not juice). Blend it until you get your desired consistency and you and your girlfriends can sip on some sweet antioxidant power while enjoying the sun!
