Mom Knows Best: A Bowl Full of Jelly!

Lots of girlies love their mom’s home-style cooking, and my mom is my favorite cook in the world! She went to culinary school for a few years and can come up with a recipe for practically anything right off the top of her head!
 
Now it’s your turn to try out one of her easiest original recipes.
A Layered Twist on Jell-O

What you’ll need:
One box of Jell-O mix powder
A tub of Cool Whip

What you’ll do:
1. Follow instructions on the box to make the Jell-O.
2. Let it cool in the refrigerator until it is thick/syrupy but not solid yet (still pretty soupy).
3. Use beaters to whip up the Jell-O and get it airy, or use a spoon to whip fast.
4. Pour out half the Jell-O mix into the dish you would like to keep the Jell-O in (5x5, 1 inch deep is good).
5. Mix the other half and whip in half the Cool Whip tub with the beaters or spoon. Pour this on top of the normal Jell-O.
6. Put back in refrigerator until solid!
