You may already need a physical for sports or for your school, but even if you don’t, this is a great time to check in with your doc to make sure your bod and health is in tip-top shape. You’ll want to be at your best for a brand new year and if you’ve got loads of qs on fitness, nutrition, puberty, whatever, now is the time to get all those queries answered and off your mind. You’ll have enough to worry about during the school year as it is!
