All that stands between you and your bright future is a pair of scissors and a few simple folds. Grab your besties for some old-school fortune-teller fun!

Step 1: Print out this image. 

Step 2: Cut out the square and place it face down. Fold the four corners into the center with the colors facing up.

Step 3: Flip the square over. Fold all four corners into the center again, so the numbers are facing up.

Step 4: Fold the small square in half, with red and green on one side and purple and pink on the other side.

Step 5: Tuck your forefinger and thumb under the folds on both sides and pop up to reveal your fortune teller.

How to see the future

Start by choosing one of the outside colors.

Spell the color out loud, opening and closing your fortune teller for each letter—up and down, then side-to-side (for "P-I-N-K," you'd open and close the fortune teller four times).

Then, choose a number from the inside and count to that number aloud, opening and closing your fortune teller as you go.

Finally, pick one last number and open the flap to reveal your future.
