5 easy date ideas for a high school relationship
We're not going to lie—sometimes high school can be *so* stressful. From homework to class, and clubs to sport games, it might feel like you don't have any time to plan a date–ever.
We know that spending time with bae is one of your fave things to do. Whether you've been been with them for awhile or you just made it official with your new crush, going on cute, easy dates are *so* essential. If you're looking for simple ways to make memories and have much-needed quality time, we've created a list of our top 5 easy date ideas for any high school relationship!
Go out for ice cream
This is one of our fave date ideas for spring and summer! This is the perfect lowkey date after a long day of class or after a sports game. Meet up with your person at a local ice cream shop to share a sundae or share an *iconic* couple's milkshake for *all* the cuteness.
Go to a sporting event
Spend your Friday or Saturday night at your high school baseball game, or sign up for an intermural pick-up game at a local rec center. This is a great way to spend time with bae while bonding with their BFFs and making iconic high school memories.
Host a movie date
Okay, we know–this is basic. Hear us out: get a projector, build an indoor fort (or an outdoor movie spot with pillows and blankets), pop some popcorn and create the ultimate (and super easy) movie night! No movie theatre required (unless that's more your thing).
Visit an animal shelter
Your person *and* cute animals–what else would you need?! Visit a local animal shelter to plays with the dogs, or cuddle with the kittens that need a little love. This super easy date is perfect for all the animal lovers out there.
We've saved the best for last. Have the cutest paint date by painting something to give each other (or literally paint the other person). This super easy idea is perfect for rainy and sunny days, and for those lazy sundays. Use whatever painting supplies you might already own and get creative.
