Why do guys only go after the popular girls?


All of the guys at my school pay the most attention to all the "popular" girls. Is there any way to get their attention and when will they stop?
His Answer: "Continue to be yourself. Don't try to be someone who you aren't. There's someone out there for everyone," says Carter, 16.
Decoded: The guys who only pay attention to the popular girls aren't the type of guy for you. Staying true to yourself and not trying to impress the other guys will draw in a guy just right for you. The other guys' attention doesn't matter so don't waste your time trying to get it.
Your Move: Don't bother with those guys! Stick to who you are and express yourself and you'll find the perfect guy for you! Maybe if you stop paying attention to the guys who only pay attention to the popular girls, then you’ll see that the guy for you will be right in front of you.
