Should I wait or ask him out?
My crush likes me back, but he and his friends made a deal that they won’t date until high school (which is next year).
It’s possible that he might break the deal, but I don’t know if I should ask him out or just wait and see if he asks me out?
HIS ANSWER: From this guy's point of view, the girl should wait for him to ask her out. If he likes her enough, he won't care about any deal he made with his friends. That's just my opinion.

YOUR MOVE: Give it some time. If he likes you, he'll ask you out in his own time, when he's ready. But some guys do like it when a girl does the askin', so if you're really interested, it's your decision.
I think you should honor that he has standards for himself though, and not try to make him break those. After all, you wouldn't like him to ask you to break your rules, right? Maybe you should talk to him about how you're feelin' and let him know you're ready when he is.
