Must List

5 TV shows we couldn't get enough of this year

Alright, alright, we’ll admit it: we spend way too much time binge watching our fave shows. They are just too good to resist! We’ve become *so* invested in every character, their story and their relationships...probably more than we should.

This year had no shortage of awesome TV. We tuned into shows we’ve been following for years and fell in love with  new. It's *so* hard to play favorites, but get cozy and revisit these five TV shows we loved the most in 2016.

Pretty Little Liars

After following them through high school and into their adult lives, the Liars—Aria, Hanna, Emily, Spencer and Ali—have become a *big* part of our own lives. The show will come to an end when the last 10 episodes air next spring and even though it's months away, we are so not ready. Until then, you can find us rewatching all of the episodes and developing more theories about who Uber A really is. There are so many questions we need answered, but that’s what makes PLL fun to watch!

Teen Wolf

Another one of our fave shows, MTV’s Teen Wolf, is ending after its current sixth season. Cue the tears! Luckily, the final episodes are some of the most action-packed yet, making it the perfect on-the-edge-of-your-seat show to watch with your girls and some popcorn. We wish we didn't have to say goodbye to our weekly dates with the super cute Scott McCall (Tyler Posey) and Stiles Stilinski (Dylan O’Brien)!

The Fosters

We can always count on The Fosters to deliver drama-filled episodes that manage to pull at our heart strings and give us a good laugh when we need it. The storylines are intense and tackle important issues, such as racism, homophobia, self-discovery and the foster system. The fact that we can relate to pieces of every character is what keeps us tuning in each week and makes us love the show *that* much more.

Liv and Maddie: Cali Style

It’s hard to believe that Liv and Maddie first aired on the Disney Channel back in 2013! Now, three years later, the identical twins are practically our BFFs. We got an exciting change of location this year as the Rooney family moved to California and adapted to life Cali Style and we can’t wait to see what adventures Liv, Maddie and their fam get into in 2017.

Stranger Things

Netflix is our one true bae, always giving us access to our fave shows and movies whenever we want them. In recent years, they began showcasing some addicting shows of their own, including Orange is the New Black and this summer’s smash Stranger Things. The latter show is filled with adventure, mystery and “OMG, did that just happen?” moments—some of which are courtesy of an incredibly creepy monster. With all eight episodes of season one dropping on the same day, we were set and quickly wanted more. Bring on season two in 2017!
