Must List

6 movie characters we'd want as our school BFFs

Do you ever wish that your favorite movie characters could be your besties IRL? They already seem so real to us, that it would be amazing if they could actually be our BFFs—especially when it comes to class. Check out our list of characters we think would make school even more amazing this year if we were kicking it in the halls right by their sides.

    Ron Weasley

Ron would be the perf BGF. He’s hilarious, smart, fun, and we know he’d be loyal through even the craziest of times. Hey, if he can stay loyal to Harry and Hermione through seven books and almost die multiple times, he’d stick it out with us.
  • torrance.png

    Torrance Shipman

Torrance (played by Kirsten Dunst) from the original Bring it On would be such a fun, sassy bestie. You may get in a catfight or two but expect to always have this girl back you up. After all, everyone knows besties who cheer together stay together.

  • edward.png

    Edward Cullen

Edward would be the best BFF (and boyfriend, but we gotta stick to the topic) because he’s actually the sweetest guy on Earth. He’s like the kinda dangerous, guarded type who you know secretly always has your back. Not to mention he’s gonna live forever, so why wouldn’t you want a bud like that?

  • jenna.png

    Jenna Rink

Jenna Rink would totes make a fun bestie. Don’t ya think? She’s completely fun-loving and truly has a good heart. Plus, we know she loves to have a good time. Case in point? The Poise Magazine party.

  • elle.png

    Elle Woods

Elle is one of our ultimate faves. If she were real, she might have even landed the cover of GL. Elle’s the ultimate bestie because she stands up for what she believes in and doesn’t let people tell her she can’t do something. Talk about extra inspo to land all A’s this school year.

  • peter.png

    Peter Parker

Peter’s great because he could always protect you from harm. Not only would we be able to count on him with all of our school secrets (new class crush, anyone?) but we bet we’d also get a few pointers from this artsy fella.
