Camp Rock
Can we go to Camp Rock? It’s the ultimate sleepaway camp for aspiring pop divas and musicians. They even sing and dance on the tables in the dining hall! Whether you’re like the down-to-earth, shy Mitchie or pop princess Tess, there’s someone for everyone to relate to at Camp Rock. And a little eye candy in the JoBros doesn’t hurt either. Everyone loves a summer sleepaway camp crush, right? -
Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam
If you’re gonna watch Camp Rock, you might as well make it a Camp Rock marathon. Camp Rock 2 sees all our faves go back to camp the next summer for more adventures and singing. Because everyone knows once you go to sleepaway camp once, you can’t wait to go back next summer!

The Parent Trap
We heart The Parent Trap. It’s the perfect movie to get you ready for camp because it has all the elements: swimming in the lake, eating in a huge dining hall, sleeping in a cabin with like 10 other girls (who can forget that major scene where Hallie trashes Annie’s cabin?) These are the things to look forward to at sleepaway camp and there’s comfort in the fact that it’s the same everywhere. So fun! -
Camp (2003)
This movie is any aspiring actor’s dream. It’s basically like the ultimate musical theater camp. Where do we sign up?
-
Daddy Day Camp
Daddy Day Camp is the sequel to the oh-so-funny Daddy Day Care (you know, the one with Eddie Murphy.) A pair of dads open a summer camp, only to face major probs both financially and with the group of wild boy campers. So one of the dads brings in his military-trained father to whip everyone into shape. Hilarious!
-
High School Musical 2
OK, so you may be thinking why is this movie on this list because there’s no summer camp involved. Let’s explain. Troy and Gabriella and all our faves spend the summer working at Sharpay’s country club, which in itself seems like a summer camp! Plus, who wouldn’t want an excuse to watch this classic summertime flick? It never gets old.
