What goes down in the first episode? Michelle Hathaway and her two totally funny daughters Taylor and Frankie move to New Orleans only to discover that their new home is haunted by a fam of crazy ghosts—Miles, Louie and Ray Preston! We got a chance to check out the first few episodes in all of its hilarity and are listing the five reasons you should be watching this new series.

To put it simply, The Haunted Hathaways has tons of magical fun. Bro ghosts Miles and Louie are always stirring up trouble with Taylor and Frankie. Just wait ‘til you see what they do. 

Every fam—fictional or not—has probs

The Hathaways and the Prestons are completely relatable. You’ll love the fact that they go through situations just like your own family does. (Hey there could be ghosts in our world, too!). But the two families work to sort it out and live together. It doesn’t get better than that.

Taylor is just a normal girl

Throughout the show, you’ll see that older sister Taylor is optimistic, happy, and wants to have fun. All she wants is to make friends in her new home. You’ll find yourself rooting for this cool chica in no time.

The characters are perfectly balanced

Know when you just get tired of a show because every character is literally the exact same? Well you won't have to worry about that here. Sisters Frankie and Taylor and brothers Miles and Louie are complete opposites. Frankie is spunky and loves living with ghosts while Taylor wants them to go away. And Miles hearts humans while Louie wants them to peace out. There’s a little bit of everything.

The pranks are hilarious

Sure, they’re a little fake-looking at times, but all the pranks the ghosts pull on the humans in this show are straight up funny. Our fave one so far? The Hathaways ask a ghost whisperer to banish the Prestons. We won't tell you what happens, but we will promise it’s gonna make you and your besties laugh.
