“my future” out thursday

This year has been full of surprises, most of them more scary than exciting (remember the murder hornets??). But the music world has been a welcome exception. Taylor Swift dropped a whole new album last week, Little Mix made their first new track since "Break Up Song", and Billie Eilish is dropping a new single this Thursday.

The "bad guy" singer, who nabbed *five* Grammy awards earlier this year, tweeted about the surprise single last week.

The tweet is light on details, but fans are already hyped for the song's release. Some are even speculating that "my future" will be related to climate change. Their evidence: a tweet from Billie's brother and frequent collaborator Finneas O'Connell.

Finneas tweeted this two days before Billie announced "my future", and it's his pinned tweet, so fans see it as a potential clue. Perhaps the tweet is a lyric in "my future", or a hint at the theme of Billie's next album. 

No matter what "my future" is about, it's great to see more new music from our faves.
