Get Inspired

Reconnect with everyone (including yourself) this weekend

After a spring of social distancing, it's okay if you don't feel quite like yourself! This is usually a time filled with last-weeks-of-school, spring birthday bashes and warm days in the sun with your BFFs. Social distancing may have you feeling a little disconnected from others (and even from yourself!). Check out our tips and take some time this weekend to reconnect with yourself and everyone else in your life.

Start journaling

One of the best ways to know what you're feeling is to—you guessed—write it down! Journaling is a great way to get in touch with yourself and your thoughts, and, let's face it: we could all use an excuse to buy some cute stationery!

Take a personality test

Being stuck at home has got us all feeling kind of weird. It can seem like you're crazy when you're struggling with social distancing while your brother or BFF is doing just fine. Want to know why you are the way you are? Take a personality test! When you're done and have your results, share the test with your friends and you'll be chatting it up all night long!

Snail mail it up

Make your BFF's day and reconnect by writing them a letter. Come on, anyone can shoot a text, but there's nothing like some good old-fashioned snail mail!

Move your body

Feeling like a couch potato lately? Take some time out of your day and get that blood pumping! Bike around the block, do some yoga or just go out for a walk and take in some fresh air. You'll feel better in no time at all.

Make a vision board

Feeling uninspired? Time for the perfect pick-me-up: a vision board! Search Pinterest for some sweet pics and make a collage of some of your fave things. You'll rediscover yourself and make some adorbs wall art while you're at it!

Return to an old hobby

Have something you always loved to do but never had time to keep up with it? This summer is the perfect time to get back into it. Whether it's returning to art, baking or playing an instrument, you'll thank yourself for it!
