I was friends with this boy last year but we weren’t really close, and now we go to different high schools. We’ve been Facebook chatting, and I think he might like me. He always texts me first, and his tone is different from before. Problem is, I don’t like him as more than a friend.

No need to say, “I don’t like you back” to a guy who has not directly asked you out. Instead, just don’t answer his texts as quickly as you used to or with as many words. He’ll get the message. With luck, he may soon crush on someone in his school.
