Treadmill workouts that *aren't* boring
When the temps drop and it's below freezing in the a.m., the *last* thing you want to do is be outside. So you have to take your workout inside...which unfortunately means hello, treadmill (or, uh, dreadmill). But your cardio sesh doesn't have to be boring.
