The *coolest* dessert you never knew you wanted
Sugar cookies are a classic, but sometimes you want a dessert that’s a little more fun and exciting. Enter sugar cookie tacos! They’re easy to make, fun to eat and completely customizable.
INGREDIENTS
1 package (18 oz) sugar cookie dough • 2 cups of your favorite fruit (cut up) • your favorite ice cream • foil • empty paper towel roll
DIRECTIONS
Bake the cookies according to the directions on the package. While the cookies are in the oven, completely cover the paper towel roll with the foil. Once the cookies are done, immediately (and lightly) press the hot cookies over the covered roll. Allow cookies to cool. Once cookies are cooled into a “shell” shape, fill them with your favorite ice cream and top with the chopped fruit. Enjoy!
