Protein power lunch! Avocado chicken salad wrap
Keep hunger away without undoing your workout with this fast and fit recipe. The chicken is packed with protein while the vitamins in the avocado boost your immune system and keep your heart healthy. Plus, this avocado chicken salad is absolutely delicious.
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado, peeled
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded (great for leftovers!)
A handful of fresh, washed cilantro leaves
Directions
Take your avocado and slice it into little pieces. Put the pieces in a bowl and mash them with a spoon or fork. Add the chicken and lime juice and mix until the chicken is coated with avocado. Add the cilantro leaves and give it a final toss. Dip with chips, celery or cucumbers or eat as a wrap or sandwich. Delish!
