Meeting the boyfriend's family can only go two ways: they either love you or they don't. It can be hard to determine whether or not they feel like you're a good fit for him. It's not enough for your boyfriend to like you, somehow you're dating the rest of the family too! Here are some signs that your boyfriend's family likes you just as much as he does.

They invite you to dinner and holiday parties

The holidays are a time when you get to meet the whole family! Being invited to the house is a good sign his family likes you. It's also a great opportunity for you to give his mom lots of compliments about her cooking. She'll totes appreciate her hard work being noticed!

You have their phone numbers

Having a sibling or even a parent's phone number is a sign that they want you to contact them directly and they're interested in talking to you. Use it! But not too much; you don't want to end up on their block list.

They check up on you when bae isn't around

Once the boyfriend is no longer the middleman, you can tell they're interested in building a relationship with you. Checking up on you is such a thoughtful gesture, they wouldn't do it if they didn't like you! 

They take family photos with you and tag you on social media

That's it. You've made it. You are a part of the family now. They've not only acknowledged you as their "daughter" but now they're letting their social media besties know you're a part of the fam. Congrats!

They have a relationship with your family as well

You go over to their house for dinner, and they come over yours. Once the parents are besties, there's no secret you've been inducted.
