Q: What do girls do that guys hate?

A: Honestly, that’s kind of a difficult question to answer. After all, every guy is different and has his own pet peeves that bother him. One thing that some guys don't really like (myself included) is when a girl wears too much makeup. Yes, it's nice to know that a girl wants to look good and tries to present herself well, but a lot of the time girls don’t need all of the concealer and eyeshadow they wear.

Of course, if you're wearing makeup because you like it and it makes you feel good, then keep doing you, but if the only reason you're packing on the foundation is to impress a guy, you might want to think twice. I prefer to see the natural beauty in girls, and I know a lot of guys out there would agree, even when natural beauty includes a blemish or two. When it comes to makeup, it's important to remember that sometimes less is more—especially if you want your face to get anywhere near your crush. Once when I went on a date, the girl I was meeting wore so much makeup that the new white button-up I was wearing was streaked with foundation after we hugged (as bummed as I was about my shirt, what was worse was how bad she felt when she realized). -Cliff
