Decoded: Three years ago when you broke up, he held the power since it was his decision. Now, he sees that you’ve moved on and he doesn’t like that. He wants you to still be stuck on him because that’s what makes him feel good about himself. He’s realizing now that you’re completely over him, which is a blow to his ego.  

Your Move: Don’t let him get to you! He broke up with you; you’re done with him. Just because he can’t move on doesn’t give him the right to bring you down. Show him that you’re better without him and won’t play into his games. Get your BF to do the same. If he won’t leave ya alone, ask your boyfriend to tell him directly to back off. He might listen if it’s coming from a friend.
