Is a long-distance relationship worth it?

So you and your BF have been together for a while and you feel super in love, but what are the chances of this relationship lasting through the summer? Both of you are have a bunch of family vacations and functions going on this summer, which means that you're not going to be able to see each other, all. So should you stay together and do a long-distance thing? Or should you part ways? Here's how to tell if it's *really* worth staying together.

Being in love is a great feeling, and you love spending time together. With that said, long distance relationships are tough – especially when you’re in different time zones. It is possible to work it out if you two make a point to stay in communication (Skype is a lifesaver for couples). But you also need to know what to expect from each other. Are you willing to put in that time and effort? Then yes, you should stick it out.

No Way

If you or your BF are doubting that you can deal with the distance, then that raises a red flag. Doubt in a long-distance relationship can bring up ugly things like jealousy, and lots of fighting. You both want to make the most of your summer vaca, so go with your guy and be free. Remember the saying "If you love something, let it go", if you really think he's "the one" the two of you will meet again some day.
