Chilly outside? 10 H-O-T dates for winter


Girlies, it's cold outside! Sure, the temps might be dropping, but just use that as an excuse to cozy up to your cutie. We rounded up the best chilly-day dates to keep ya feeling warm and fuzzy with your sweetie, no matter what the thermometer says.
Soak in the holiday spirit. Caroling while checking out your neighborhood's decked-out lights is a can't-pass yuletide twofer. Got stage fright? See the lights by car while singing your fave festive tunes.
Treat your sweet. Invite your guy over to help bake your mom's signature sugar cookies. Yum!
Sculpt off. Ahh, nothing like the first snowfall of the year. Round up your friends and have a snowman or snow sculpture contest.
Rep school spirit. Football season might be over, but basketball season is just getting started. Courtside tickets? Yes, please!
Gather 'round the fireplace. Have an epic board game or video game tourney. Winner gets to pick which flick to watch on your next date.
Hit the rink. Ice skating is the no-fail winter date. Warm up with a hot cocoa afterward.
Spread holiday cheer. Work at a gift drive, animal shelter or soup kitchen. Your hearts will grow three sizes that day.
Head to the beach. Yup, we said beach in winter. Bundle up, bring blankets and picnic next to the ocean. Nothing says romance like having the beach all to yourself.
Craft with your cutie. Get art supplies and make each other a painting or collage of your fave memory as a couple.

Try something new. Never gone snow tubing or taken on a sleigh ride? Scratch those two off before the new year begins.
