Do guys really prefer blondes?


I just started high school this year and all the guys seem to be talking to blondes. My crush has only ever dated blondes and so have most of my guy friends. Is it true that guys prefer blondes over brunettes?

His Answer: "Guys don't make their decisions on a girl based on her hair color," says Joe, 15, "Sure, they may have their preferences, but that won't stop them from liking a girl."

Decoded: Every guy is different. One boy may really like redheads, while his best friend may prefer blondes, and his neighbor brunettes. All in all, your hair color won't have very much of an effect on how much he likes you. You don't judge boys entirely on the color of his hair, do you? So why would he. People aren't made of one single quality.

Your Move: Learn to love your hair. No other girl has hair quite like yours. If you're looking for a little confidence boost, find a celeb that you love who has your hair color. Whenever you feel down or unsure for reasons like this, look for those same features in someone else. You find them to be beautiful on that person, so there's no reason they can't be beautiful on you.
