Busy girls will *love* these quick (but effective!) one song workouts
Your sched is seriously packed from studying for your algebra exam to date night with your boo to practicing for the state orchestra audition. You want to work out, but honestly, you just don't have the time. Or so you think.
Yes, you might not be able to go out for a long run or spend an hour in the yoga studio. But when it comes to moving your bod, something is better than nothing. We've rounded up a few workouts that you can do in the time it takes to listen to your favorite song (that's less than four minutes, FYI). Do just one in the morning when you wake up to get your blood flowing, or pair multiple ones together if you have a few extra minutes.
The beat of Ed's latest is seriously *perfect* for working out. We can't listen to it without wanting to get up and dance. Er, jump squat, we mean.
Taylor's vid for "Bad Blood" is chock full of killer girl power. Channel those vibes with this workout.
TBH, Bey is probably the only person who could make us want to do burpees. Follow this routine to be fierce and, well, flawless.
You'll be happy once this intense workout is done. It might only last a few minutes but you will definitely feel the burn.
And of course, we can't forget the country girls out there.
Have another song that you want to crunch and lunge to? This set of exercises can be used for *any* tune. We recommend "Chained To The Rhythm" by Katy Perry RN.
