It’s a good week to be a Liamani Segura fan.
Not only did the 17-year-old singer/songwriter/dancer/actress/real-life Disney princess shine onstage on the Worlds Collide Concert Tour, but she also just dropped a brand new live version of her song “Things I’ve Learned (So Far).”
Fans who were lucky enough to score tix to Worlds Collide, which kicked off last Friday in Palm Desert, CA, or those who have been obsessively rewatching concert vids on their FYP will likely recognize this track. Liamani actually already performed “Things I’ve Learned (So Far)” at the first few WC shows, and it seems like it’s going to be a setlist staple going forward.
Luckily, the release of the tour version today (queue it wherever you get your music!) means we can listen to Liamani’s angelic vocals whenever we want. Relatable life advice never sounded so dang sweet.

This marks Liamani’s first solo release after last year’s infectious holiday bop (real ones know “Christmas I Can’t Forget”) and her confessional Dear Little Me EP from August 2025. A lot has changed for Liamani since then, if you count starring in both Descendants: Wicked Wonderland *and* Camp Rock 3 as a lot (we do).
And fittingly, “Things I’ve Learned (So Far)” is a song about going through major transformations. Backed by dramatic strings and an ultra catchy melody, Liamani sings about drawing life lessons from even the tough stuff.
“This song is really about growing up and realizing that every experience teaches you something, even the ones you don’t understand right away,” says Liamani. “I’m still learning so much about myself and my dreams. I wanted this song to capture where I am right now. Performing it on tour has been so much fun, and I’m really excited that everyone finally gets to hear this version.”
It’s hard to single out the best part of “Things I’ve Learned (So Far).” Maybe it’s the big sister energy emitting from lyrics like “Boys can’t hold you for forever/friends can change just like the weather,” which encourage us not to get *too* heartbroken over an ex or bestie breakup. Maybe it’s the impressive runs and riffs we’ve come to expect from Liamani. Or maybe it’s the fact that when we’re listening, we can totally picture our fave in her gorg baby blue ballgown, reminding us that the world’s not ending. It’s just everyday growing pains, bby!
