Feel-Good Friday: Fashion forward toddlers dressing adults? Yes, please!

Valentine’s Day is a day dedicated to everyone you love and sometimes a true act of love takes form in the strangest ways.

For example, letting a toddler have full reign of your closet and choosing what you have to wear. That’s exactly what Summer Bellessa, a fashion blogger from Arizona, did.

Bellessa let her three-year-old son, Rockwell, play stylist for her for a week.

“This idea stood out to me because, as a mom, I’m always the one telling people what to do, what to wear, where to sit, what to do once they sit, etc.,” Bellessa said in an interview with BuzzFeed News. “I thought it could be fun to let my little guy tell me what to do for a change.”

While a rain boot paired with a brown leather boot and an outfit worn as a tribute to Mickey Mouse may not be her usual first choices when it comes to getting ready in the morning, Bellessa wore the outfits with pride—inspiring the #ToddlerStylist hashtag to explode.

Moms quickly took to Instagram to show off their own toddlers' fashion skills, from layered rainbow leg warmers to glittery dresses over print leggings.
