We all know our fave popstar. And while her birth certificate may read Taylor Alison Swift, fans around the globe have given Taylor some top-notch nicknames. In this article we'll tell you which ones are a slay, and which ones are a nay.

6. Miss Americana

While we loved watching (and rewatching, TBH) Taylor's amaze Netflix doc, Miss Americana holds last place in our ranking. While it totally encapsulates Taylor's journey from small-town girl to becoming the star she is today, it lacks the playful and loving nature of the fan-given nicknames. 

5. Tayla Swiff

"Los Culturistas" podcast hosts Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang (of SNL royalty, ofc) lovingly call our girlie Tayla Swiff. Bowen is a *huge* fan of T (throwback to Taylor's appearance on SNL last year and their super iconic photo featuring Sadie Sink and Ryan Reynolds) and says that "Treacherous" is her best song. When Miss Swift is feeling sassy, Tayla Swiff is the perfect name for her—but it may not be our fave for every day. 

4. Tay Tay

The main reason we heart this nickname? It basically makes us feel like T's BFF. For long-time Swifties especially, Taylor does feel like a girl you've known forever or have even grown up with. Newer Swifties and veterans can agree: We're all cray-cray for Tay Tay. 

3. T-Swizzle

POV: It's 2009 and you are watching the CMT Music Awards. T-Pain and Taylor Swift fill your screen, rapping their brand new track "Thug Story" (a nod to Taylor's classic "Love Story," obvi). That night, T-Swizzle was born. Tay's rapper name is one of our absolute faves. Nothing rolls off the tongue like T-Swizzle!

2. Blondie

Taylor's iconic golden hair—you know it, you love it, you've probably wished it was yours once or twice. Whether she's sporting flowing Fearless curls or has Lover-toned ends, Taylor's hair stays iconic through every era, just like the singer herself. Our fave way to use this nickname? Definitely while commenting on TikTok theories. Example: "Just saw a countdown on the TaylorNation Insta... what's Blondie up to this time 🙉"

Country belle-turned-indie folk icon Taylor Swift has produced music in more genres than we can count. With nine albums released (and TS10 dropping this month), Taylor is *literally* the music industry, and no nickname fits her better!.Tay is the most iconic artist of this decade (and probs the most iconic artist ever).
