Taylor Swift is pretty much famous for her endearing award show dancing (amongst other things like, you know, her incredible music), but according to Jimmy Fallon, her sweet moves didn't start with ceremonies. When Tay visited The Tonight Show last night for its one year anniversary, Jimmy confronted her about it – and about how shaking their bootys used to be their thing.

In a hilarious sketch, the two viewed some "old" Jumbotron videos of them getting their groove on at sports games, clips they actually acted out live.

Tay is totally out of breath by the time she sits back down and we don't blame her. She put some serious effort into those steps. "I haven't changed clothes that fast since the tour ended," Tay tweeted.
