healthier than taking it out on the wall. Hunt down a boxing gym nearby, sign
up for classes and make a go of it.

What could be more satisfying? Grab a friend (or Dad) and head to the batting
cages. It’s time to get sweaty! And if you’re anything like me (aka unable to
connect a bat with a ball for anything), try tennis instead.
Why hit the wall when you can climb it? Head to a local gym,
strap on a helmet and a harness and go for broke, babe. By the time you get to
the top, you’ll forget that argument you were staging in your head and just be
glad you made it. Phew!
