How to make a move without being super obvious

I have been crushing on this one guy for about a year now. I want him to make a move. What can I do to tell him to make a move without being a dead giveaway?

His Answer: “Being positive around him and letting him know that you are into him will send him all the right messages,” says Jordan, 15. "Go ahead and flirt, but don't send him mixed signals."

Decoded: Guys take interest in girls that they like being around. Show him how much you enjoy spending time with him, without playing-hard-to-get and the hot-and-cold vibes.

Your Move: Don’t be afraid to flirt, girl! Smile when he talks to you and pay attention to what he's saying when you chit chat. To be more direct, ask him what his weekend plans and see if his friends and your friends can all get together. Most importantly: act natural and don't drool over him like ya would over Edward (or Jacob).
