It's no secret that Kendall Jenner has amazing abs. But what you might *not* have known is that you can copy her tummy-toning workout at home (in just 11 minutes, too!). Try her fave moves below when you wake up, before you go to bed or after your next cardio seshno equipment or gym required.

Forearm plank: 30 seconds

High plank: 30 seconds

Side plank: 15 seconds

Side plank with crunch: 5 reps per side

Single arm and leg plank: 15 seconds

Rocking plank: 15 seconds

Knee to elbow plank: 5 reps per side

Basic crunch: 20 reps

Bicycle crunch: 30 seconds

Knee to elbow plank: 5 reps per side

Basic crunch: 20 reps

Bicycle crunch: 30 seconds
